How can we help?
Crsp is made by a small team in Canada. Email support@getcrsp.ca and a person reads it, usually within one business day. Below are the questions we get most.
Using the app
I reached the end of the feed. Is that a bug?
No, that is the point. Crsp gives you the day and then stops. There is no infinite scroll to fall into. New stories arrive through the day, so the feed refills on your next visit.
How do I read the full article?
Tap the publisher’s name at the top of any card. The original article opens on the publisher’s own site. Crsp only ever shows its own short summary, never the publisher’s article text.
How do I get more of what I care about?
Use the topic chips at the top of the feed to filter, and the category selector for Canada, US, World, or Good News. In the You tab you can boost a topic to see more of it, or reduce one to see less.
What is Deep Dive?
Swipe right on any card. You get the key takeaways, background context, how different outlets are framing the story, and a link to every source behind it.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no login. Open the app and start reading.
Something looks wrong
A summary is inaccurate or reads badly.
Please tell us: tap the ⋯button on the card’s action rail and choose Report a problem. That sends us the card in question so we can look at the exact story.
Summaries are written by AI from publishers’ own feeds and put through layered accuracy checks, but they are a starting point rather than the authoritative record. For anything that matters, follow the source link and read the original reporting.
An image doesn't match the story.
Report it the same way. Card images come from the publisher’s own feed where one is offered, and from licensed stock photography otherwise, so an occasional loose match is possible. We fix reported ones.
The app won't load stories.
Check your connection first, then close and reopen the app. If it persists, email support@getcrsp.ca with your device model and iOS version and we will take a look.
Your data
How do I delete my data?
Your bookmarks, reading history, streak, and topic preferences live only on your device. Deleting the app removes them. We never receive them.
The anonymous usage events we do collect are tied to a random ID generated on your device, never to your identity, and are deleted automatically after 90 days. Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track and we collect none of them at all.
Privacy questions or a PIPEDA request?
Email privacy@getcrsp.ca. The full policy is on the privacy page.
Publishers and press
Publishers: how our crawler identifies itself, what it reads, and how to opt out is all on the publishers page. Press enquiries: press kit.
Requirements
Crsp for iPhone requires iOS 15 or later. It is designed for iPhone in portrait.
